Disclosure via property inspections

South Africa must be one of the last "developed" countries to implement a property inspection process. The technical condition of the home seems to have been ignored in the past and almost considered irrelevent to the valuation process. In a fast changing trading environment and consumers who are more informed via internet , and a host of instant media options , property inspections conducted by trained proffessionals seem like they are taking hold here.

Having recently joint ventured with a USA company HomeSafe , I would like to gauge the agents opinions regarding the implementation of pre inpection of property by buyers and sellers. Surely in an effort to proffesionlise the local industry this would be a service that would prove that agents are serious about being professional in thier approach.

We believe that this service should be networked via existing agent infrastructures and that it should be recommended by agents to thier clients. Banks , valuers bond originators and conveyencers should surely see the value of such a service to thier clients?

We are encoutering a mainly positive response to our technological approach to inspections and it seems that South African agents and thier clients are welcoming the service nationally.

We are looking for licencees with some technical experience in construction or existing networks e.g. electricians doing COC , pest control specialists or hanyman operations to licence this unique opportunity.

A full business system with technology , training and branding starter kit sells at R66 000 ex VAT .

Contact Kevin Harris on 0836560915 to get the introduction and full disclosure documents for this unique opportunity.
